This framework is an Americanized version of The Genesis Trust's "11 Levels to Freedom" (UK, March 2026) — evidence that the same constitutional subversion pattern is being documented globally. American natural persons hold the strongest sovereignty-protective legal framework ever written.
The de facto administrative state trains you to start at Level 10 — the statute. When you start there, you have already conceded ten levels of authority that sit above the statute. You have accepted the premise that the statute is the beginning of the conversation.

The Eleven Levels
⚖️ The Creator — Where All Rights Begin
Your rights were not given to you by the government. The Declaration of Independence says you were 'endowed by your Creator' with unalienable rights. That means the government did not create your rights and cannot lawfully take them away. If the government claims authority over you, it must prove where that authority comes from — because it is not in the chain of title.
🌿 Natural Law — The Rule Above All Rules
There is a law above every statute, regulation, and court order: natural law. The Ninth Amendment to the Constitution says that just because some rights are listed does not mean your other rights do not exist. Any rule that forces you to give up a right you were born with is not a lawful rule — it is a violation of the law above the law.
🕊️ Conscience — The Court No Government Can Enter
The Supreme Court ruled in 1943 that no government official — high or low — can force you to believe something or act against your conscience. The government is a paper organization. It has no soul and no conscience. It can write rules about actions. It cannot lawfully govern who you are as a living person.
👤 The Natural Person — You Are the Principal, Not the Subject
The Declaration of Independence says governments get their power from the consent of the governed. That means you — the natural person — are the source of government authority, not the other way around. The Supreme Court confirmed: 'sovereignty itself remains with the people.' You delegated certain limited powers to government. You did not surrender yourself to it.
🏛️ Common Law and the Jury — The People's Shield
The Seventh Amendment guarantees your right to a trial by jury in common law cases. A jury of twelve natural persons — your peers — is the highest check on government overreach. The jury has the power to say 'no' to an unjust law, even if the law is technically on the books. This is not a loophole. It is the design of the system.
📜 The Constitution — The Government's Job Description
The Constitution is not a list of rights the government gives you. It is a list of limited powers the people gave to the government. The Supreme Court ruled in 1803 that any law that violates the Constitution is not a law at all. The Constitution is the ceiling of what government can do — not the floor of what you are allowed to do.
⚖️ The Courts — Guardians of the Trust Deed
Courts exist to protect the Constitution, not to serve the government. When a court rules against a natural person without proper authority, it is not acting as a court — it is acting as a tool of the de facto corporate state. Your first question in any court proceeding should always be: does this court have the authority to hear this case?
🏢 Congress — A Servant Committee With a Limited List
Congress can only make laws about the specific subjects listed in Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution. The Tenth Amendment says everything else belongs to the states or to the people. A law made outside that list is not a valid law. Congress is a servant committee — not a master.
🔰 Officers and Officials — Oath-Bound Servants
Every government officer — from a local sheriff to a federal agent — must take an oath to support the Constitution. The Supreme Court ruled that the federal government cannot force state and local officers to enforce federal rules. An officer who acts outside his oath is personally responsible for that action. You have the right to ask any officer: what is your oath, and what is your bond?
📋 Statutes — House Rules That Need Your Agreement
A statute is a rule written by a legislature. The Supreme Court has ruled that the government cannot charge you for exercising a constitutional right, and that if the government turns a right into a privilege, you can exercise the right without the license. Statutes require your consent to bind you. The practical response to any statutory demand: 'I will comply upon proof that I have consented to this rule and that it does not violate my unalienable rights.'
🔑 The Administrative Interface — A Tool You Own, Not a Prison
The capital-letter NAME on government documents, the Social Security number, the birth certificate — these are administrative tools that exist in the paper world of commerce. The Supreme Court has confirmed that the natural person and the corporate entity are legally distinct. You own the administrative interface. It does not own you. Important: theories about trading birth certificates or using lowercase names are dangerous distractions that have led many people into losing positions. Build the framework from Level 1 up — not from Level 11 down.

Level 11 without Levels 1 through 10 is legally meaningless.
