How Did This Happen? The Timeline
1900
U.S. Census Bureau develops first standard birth certificates. Before this, birth records were informal family records, not government documents.
1913
Federal Reserve Act creates a debt-based money system. The government can now borrow money, but it needs collateral to back the debt.
1915
Federal government MANDATES that states collect and report birth data. This is the critical turning point—birth registration goes from voluntary to mandatory.
1933
ALL STATES participating in federal birth registration system. The system is now complete. The same year, gold is confiscated from Americans.
1942
43 million Americans suddenly need birth certificates for wartime employment. Birth certificates become effectively mandatory for participation in society.
Notice the Pattern:
The birth certificate system was implemented in just 33 years (1900-1933), completing exactly 20 years after the Federal Reserve was created. This rapid, coordinated implementation suggests the system was designed to support the Federal Reserve's debt-based money creation.
The Inverse Corporate Personhood Fraud
The birth certificate system is the mirror image of the 1886 Santa Clara County fraud. Together, these two frauds create a complete system of corporate control:
A court reporter's fraudulent headnote claimed corporations are "persons" with constitutional rights.
Corporations → Claim to be persons → GAIN constitutional rights
Federal government creates "legal persons" separate from biological humans.
Natural persons → Converted into legal fictions → LOSE constitutional protections
The Result:
Natural persons are the ONLY entities without constitutional protections in the current system. Corporations have rights (1886), legal persons have privileges (1933), but natural persons asserting unalienable rights are treated as non-existent by the corporate government.
Why Is Your Name in ALL CAPS?
Look at your birth certificate, Social Security card, driver's license, or any government document. Notice anything unusual about your name?
John Doe
This is how you write your name. Standard capitalization. This represents the natural person—the living, breathing human being.
JOHN DOE
This is how government writes your name. ALL CAPS. This represents the legal person—the legal fiction created by the birth certificate.
In legal dictionaries and Black's Law Dictionary, ALL CAPS names are used for:
- Corporations
- Legal fictions
- Trusts and estates
- Deceased persons
The Pattern:
Government consistently uses ALL CAPS on all identification documents. This is not a coincidence or a typographical convention—it is a legal distinction between the natural person (you) and the legal person (the government-created fiction).
Constitutional Violations
The birth certificate system violates multiple constitutional provisions:
Birth registration is not enumerated in the Constitution. The federal government has no authority to mandate state participation in birth registration (1915 federal mandate). This violates the 10th Amendment's reservation of powers to states and the people.
Parents are not informed that the birth certificate creates a "legal person" separate from their child. No disclosure of legal consequences, obligations, or loss of constitutional protections. Contracts require informed consent—without disclosure, there is no consent.
The legal person is created and obligations are imposed without any due process. No notice, no hearing, no opportunity to contest. The Constitution requires due process before depriving a person of life, liberty, or property.
Without a birth certificate, you cannot obtain a passport (international travel) or driver's license (domestic travel). The birth certificate becomes de facto mandatory for exercise of the fundamental constitutional right to travel.
What Can You Do?
Understanding the birth certificate system is the first step toward reclaiming your Natural Person Sovereignty. Here are practical steps you can take:
Educate Yourself
Learn the difference between natural person and legal person. Understand how the system works. Knowledge is the foundation of sovereignty.
Assert Your Natural Person Status
When interacting with government, distinguish yourself as a natural person, not the legal person. Use your natural name (standard capitalization), not the ALL CAPS legal name.
Challenge Prerequisites to Office
Birth certificate registrars must take an oath of office and post a bond. If they lack proper oath and bond, they have no authority to create legal persons. Challenge their authority.
Educate Others
Share this information with family and friends. The more people who understand the birth certificate system, the harder it becomes for the corporate government to maintain the fraud.

Important Warning

What This Does NOT Mean in Court
The birth certificate system raises real constitutional questions about informed consent, legal identity, and the limits of federal power. But certain theories that circulate in the constitutional restoration community are not grounded in law and will destroy your credibility in court.
It does NOT mean you can "redeem" your birth certificate for money
The theory that your birth certificate is a bond traded on the stock market with a secret Treasury account in your name is false. No such account exists. The numbers on birth certificates are state file numbers and batch processing codes — not CUSIP securities identifiers. Attempting to access a non-existent Treasury account is a federal crime.
It does NOT mean your ALL CAPS name is a separate corporate entity you can "reclaim"
The Strawman theory — that your name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS represents a separate corporate entity — has been rejected by every court that has considered it. ALL CAPS in legal documents is a standard typographic convention, not a legal distinction. Filing UCC-1 financing statements to "reclaim your strawman" is fraudulent filing and may constitute a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. § 1001.
It does NOT mean you can use "Accepted for Value" to discharge debts
HJR-192 (1933) suspended the gold clause in private contracts — it did not create personal Treasury accounts or discharge individual debts. Writing "Accepted for Value" on a bill and returning it to a creditor has no legal effect and may constitute mail fraud. The IRS has classified A4V schemes as listed transactions subject to penalties (Notice 2006-31).
What it DOES mean: Real constitutional challenges
The birth certificate system raises legitimate constitutional questions: 10th Amendment limits on federal birth registration mandates, lack of informed consent when parents registered their children, and the distinction between natural persons (with unalienable rights) and legal persons (creatures of statute).
